{let the chaos begin}

It has been a crazy busy month so far. Remember that physics class I was talking about from my last post? I finished up the coursework the Friday before school started. That was my goal so that I could have one day, Saturday, of official, no responsibilities, awesome day of summmer. It was a lot of work and I'm glad its over. (Well, almost over. I have to take the final next week, but close enough)

Want to hear some good news? I passed my PRAXIS math test! WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I'm super happy that it only took one try. I was freaking out about it for a little bit there. But it's behind me now and I'm so glad.

School started last Monday and I have officially started my Secondary Education Program. This semester I get to do Practicum. I'm assigned to Dixie High School and I get to go once a week to observe and help in Mr. McConnell's math class. I'll get to teach two lessons and write and give two assessments. I'm excited and a little bit nervous. I haven't had a lot of experiences in an actual classroom yet and they throw us into it all pretty quick. But I'm happy it will be done quick! Just nine months and I will be finished with school! I'm excited for this semester. It's going to be challenging, but probably the best yet.

Dane is being so sweet about everything. He's the best husband! I've been so busy studying and working over the summer and I'm going to be so busy this school year. And he has been working nearly 10 hours day for steton and his dad. We hardly get to see eachother! We're getting so grown up and responsible and boring! We'll have to fix that. :)

Just so I can add some pics... we've been pretty obsessed with car shopping lately. We're excited to purchase our next car! I don't know if we'll be able to make it till Christmas though! Here's what we've been looking at and dreaming about!

This was a good break from physics for a minute: Is there anybody you just wish would fall off the planet? Not that I can think of? No.
How do you flush the toilet in public? With my foot. Not nice for the people after me, but I don't care!
Do you wear your seatbelt in the car? Always!
Do you have a crush on someone? My hubby, the shwangheim!
Name one thing you worry about running out of. Well, money, duh. I do my fair share of worrying about that. Dane is the opposite of me when it comes to money. I have $5 in my pocket and I say, ONLY $5! DUMB! Dane has $5 in his pocket and he's RICH! haha. It's a good balance.
What is your favorite pizza topping? a hot and ready pepperoni pizza from Little Cesars is the BEST! But I really like bbq chicken and the garlic chicken pizza from the Brick Oven. both favorites.
Do you crack your knuckles? no. maybe if I wasn't scared of breaking my fingers I would try it sometime.
What song do you hate the most? I don't really like the song Teenage Dream, but it gets stuck in my head all. the. time. I hate that!
Did just mentioning that song make it get stuck in your head? YES!!! hahaha.
What are your super powers? that is a good question. I'm sitting here trying to think of the last heavy object I moved, and I think it was just a gallon of milk. The last wall I saw through: never happens. The last time I flew: never. Last time I had a cape: last week.
Peppermint or spearmint? spearmint toothpaste. peppermint everything else!
Where are your car keys? They are in my purse. But they are getting lonely. I only have three keys! Important/cool people have more keys than that. Dang it!
What's your most annoying habit? very VERY rarely, ... i talk to myself.
Where did you last go on vacation? Fergie Family Reunion in Mesquite, Nevada. Laid by the pool and went to the spa and ate a pancake burritto the size of my face.
What CD is closest to you right now? none, unless you want to count the windows install CD. Speaking of CD's though, you want to know something stupid? We sold our Mazda last week right? Well I spent a good amount of time making sure all of my stuff was out of it. But I forgot to check what was in the CD player!!! I lost my yellowcard CD that day.
What 3 things can always be found in your refrigerator? milk, water, mountain dew. (right now it's diet mtn dew which I am NOT a fan of.) In my freezer you will always find: popsicles, frozen peas (sorry mom), and sausage links... I always love breakfast foods.
What superstition do you believe/practice? Florida has alligators and if I go there they will eat me. So I don't go there.
What color are your bed sheets? my favorite color! light tan.
Would you rather be a fish or a bird? I would want to be a bird, just because I'm not really sure on the life expectancy of a fish. .... I just googled it and I change my mind. Do you talk on your cell phone when you drive? Yes. maybe I shouldn't. I don't text though.

If you could go back or forward in time,where would you go? I would go forward, but just through this next semester... it might kill me.
What is your favorite Harrison Ford movie? any Indiana Jones except for the Crystal Skull one. Dane's all time favorite movie is The Fugitive. That's another good harrison ford one. I'm pretty stoked to see cowboys and aliens though! You might want to ask me this question again after I see it.
What CD will be in your stereo in a few minutes? I got to find another good one to take the place of my yellowcard CD... I don't have very many though. Maybe I'll put in Jock Rock and listen to my favorite song of all time, Takin Care of Business. Yes, that is what I will do.
How many kids do you plan on having? 4 or 5 maybe? wow that sounds like a lot when when we don't even have one yet.
Who was the last person you kissed? Dane the shwangheim Scholes. remember when we were all teenagers filling these surveys out to be passed along by email and the answer to this question would always be, MY DAD! haha. funny.
What do you do when no one is watching? sleep! and whistle.
If they made a movie about your life, what actor/actress would be you? Maybe Amy Smart? I need more time to think about it.
Would you rather die in a blaze of glory or peacefully in your sleep? peacefully in my sleep please. I guess that wouldn't make for a very exciting climax in the movie of my life though.

Do you talk to yourself? yes. and it is so embarassing because I don't even realize I am doing it. It's not so much that I have a conversation with myself, I just think about the conversation I just had with someone, and then I speak out loud what I wish I would have said or how I wish I would have said something. so embarassing.
