Pregnancy Log: 37 Weeks

*Okay, so I'm feeling like this post is going to be pretty much the same as last week's but I guess for documenting purposes I'll do my usual questionnaire.*

How far along? 37 Weeks. Technically full-term!

Total weight gain/loss? 21 pounds. Up 2 pounds from last week.

Maternity clothes? A lot of my maternity shorts and capris are getting uncomfortable. I just want to wear basketball shorts and t-shirts but I'm even running out of old t-shirts that fit!

Stretch marks? None! I've gone this whole time without so if I get stretch marks these last three weeks I'll be so disappointed!! Please no, baby girl!

Sleep? Getting up once every night like clockwork... usually around 1:30 - 2ish. Aside from sore hips from sleeping on my side all the time, I've been sleeping really well.

Best moment last week? The doc appointment this last week went really well. I was 1+ cm dilated, so not much change there. But I went from being 50% to 80% effaced. That was great news!

Movement? She is getting so squished in there! She's moving around but it's not the throw me off my balance kicks and turns like it used to be! I think I'll be so surprised to see how big she actually is when she's born. :) She's been head down since about 28 weeks and her body is crammed on my left side. That leaves her legs and feet all scrunched up under my ribs on my right side. My whole right side hurts! I'm telling you, if it weren't for her feet there in my ribs this whole time, this pregnancy would be a walk in the park.

Food cravings? SWEETS! We made a late-night run to Harmon's this last week so I could get a doughnut and chocolate milk. YUMMY!

Food aversions? None.

Gender? Girl.

Labor signs? Nothing major. Just a tight belly (sort of) and pressure.

Belly button in/out? It's almost a complete outie!

What I miss: I forgot what it feels like to not have my back hurt and my ribs hurt. So I miss feeling good haha.

What I am looking forward to: The next doc appointment is Tuesday, so I'm excited to hear what she has to say about us getting to meet our baby! I'm looking forward to seeing our baby girl. I can't wait to see what she looks like! I'm looking forward to having my body back too! ;)

Milestones: The last thing I can think of that I wanted before baby comes I got this week :) A boppy pillow! Haha that's a milestone right? These milestones are getting hard to think of.

I can't wait until I'm done with these "Pregnancy Log" posts and I get to start posting pictures of our beautiful baby girl! WAHOOOO!

Colorado

Dane got to go on a fun little business trip this last week! He was originally supposed to go to Orlando, Florida to meet up with a client. He was pretty excited about that. But then it worked better for him to meet his client on site in Colorado. It wasn't the warm, sunny, time at the beach he was hoping for, but Vail, Colorado turned out to be pretty cool! Of course he was working most of the time he was there. Here are a few pictures from his trip.

On the plane out of St. George.

Some cool circle things. haha.

He ate/saw a lot of bison. (buffalo... what's the difference?)

Cool ski lifts out his balcony.

Yummy pizza from The Old Forge! (Wish he could have brought the leftovers back home dang it!)

A shopping place called Lion's Head. It looks so cute!

A pretty sunset on his way into Vail, CO.

He had a good time and was glad to be working away from his normal day-to-day scenery. I was soo happy to have him back home though!

Pregnancy Log: 36 Weeks

How far along? We're up to 36 weeks people... 36 WEEKS! That's, like, a lot or weeks.

Total weight gain/loss? 19 pounds, no change. But baby is still growing!

Maternity clothes? Do I have to keep answering this question! Ha. Well I still wish I had more maternity clothes but what's the point when you only have 4 WEEKS LEFT!

Stretch marks? None so far!

Sleep? I've been getting SUPER sore hips from sleeping on my sides all the time. And I've been getting up usually once during the night. But sleep is still oh so good.

Best moment last week? I had a doc appointment this week and they checked my progress. I'm dialated 1 cm and 50% effaced. Whaaaat? Totally wasn't expecting that. I guess it's not much, but it's still something and that just makes me anxious! Can't wait for her to finally get here!

Movement? She's still moving, but not as much. I can definitely tell that she has sleeping patterns. When she does move though, she's usually kicking me in my right ribs. They're a little sore, haha.

Food cravings? I just want sweets all of the time.

Food aversions? None.

Gender? Girl.

Labor signs? None.... I don't think.

Belly button in/out? It's half in and half out. And by that, I don't mean it's flat. I mean the top half of my belly button is out and the bottom half is in. It's pretty weird!

What I miss: Having cute clothes to wear and fitting in them!

What I am looking forward to: We have weekly doc appointments now. Our next one is Monday! The weeks are flying by. I can't wait to hear baby's heartbeat again and I hope I keep progressing!

Milestones: Baby girl's nursery is pretty much all finished and we have everything we need for her arrival! Her bedding is done and it's my favorite. My mom sewed it all for her and she did an amazing job. We're pretty much ready for baby whenever she decides to come!

Pregnancy Log: 34 Weeks

How far along? 34 Weeks! We're going to have a baby next month!

Total weight gain/loss? 19 pounds

Maternity clothes? I love my stretchy clothes! I just wish I had more of them! Buying maternity clothes is sooo hard to do! I have six weeks left so it just doesn't feel worth the money to buy more stuff. Frustrating.

Stretch marks? None so far! Crossing my fingers.

Sleep? I still don't have any trouble sleeping and I'm sooo grateful! I'm going to be in for a rude awakening though when baby comes along!

Best moment last week? I had a baby shower with my family up north and it was so much fun! I loved it and we got so much good stuff for baby girl. We are so grateful to have such amazingly generous family. We are starting to feel a lot more prepared for baby girl's arrival.

Movement? She's moving a lot in there! I love feeling her.

Food cravings? Nothing out of the ordinary. I just love all food.

Food aversions? None.

Gender? Girl. AND.... we decided on her name! We'll announce it when she makes her debut!

Labor signs? None.... I don't think.

Belly button in/out? It's in limbo right now.

What I miss: Being skinny. Having real clothes to wear. Back not hurting. That's all.

What I am looking forward to: Dido ... from the last question. Also, meeting baby girl!

Milestones: I have my next doc appointment in a week and it's going to be the first appointment that they check my progress. I'm a little nervous but excited. I can't wait to not be pregnant anymore and just have a baby already!
